Purpose of award: To reward talented young individuals in the arts.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be either high school seniors or 17 or 18 years old by December 1 of the year of application. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Those applying in the discipline of music or jazz may be registered aliens.
